Our process is made easy to support you;

We will assist you, your family and carers to build the skills you need to better understand and use your plan, as well as the capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and be included in your community.We do this by providing advice, information, and assistance when decisions need to be made as well as connecting you to the service providers you need in order to build your confidence and understanding of your plan.
Funding
When your plan is approved by the NDIS, you will be allocated funds to work with Support Coordinators. We will plan with you on how you would like to receive your support.
Connection
We will connect you with the right provider of the services you would like to receive. We ensure you're connected to qualified support workers and mainstream sevices.
Support
We will support you in achieving the goals set out in your plan and help you to thrive. Our team will assist in bringing your plan to life throughout your journey.
