Our Short Term Accommodation service will assist you, your family and carer to learn and build new skills which will help you to live more independently, maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks and be included in your community. You will also learn skills such as sharing, cooking, and socialising, gardening while having fun.
We do this by providing advice, information, and assistance when decisions need to be made as well as connecting you to the service providers you need in order to build your confidence and understanding of your plan.
